Dear AIA Members and Affiliates,
We would like to inform you that our originally scheduled lecture of May 18 by Yoshihiko Sone and Kojiro Shimodo, Executives of Mitsui Fudosan, has been changed to June 8 due to a scheduling conflict. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The title of their presentation is "What do Developers expect from Architects and Designers?" and will focus on the working relationship between developers and architects. Mr. Shimodo will present an overview of the different types of developers in Japan, types of projects, an explanation of development and management, and of the planning process. Mr. Sone, Senior Project Manager of the newly completed Tokyo Midtown Project, will then follow with a presentation of this highly acclaimed project. We hope you can join us for this special opportunity to discuss the relationship between developers and architects.
Please see below for more details and mark your calendars. This has been registered for 2 CES learning credits, please sign your name at the lecture reception.
Sincerely,
Jim Lambiasi and Geeta Mehta
