We are pleased to inform you that all AIA Japan members and affiliates have been extended an invitation to the upcoming annual symposium of the American Hardwood Export Council. It is a seminar and lecture that will focus on the use of hardwood in architectural design, including presentations by Makoto Koizumi (Koizumi Studio) and Hiroshi Seki (Seki Design Studio). This event will take place at the ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo, with a reception following the lecture. It is free of charge, but please note that these events are very popular and the invitation is only open to the first 100 people who respond, so we encourage you to fax in your application as soon as possible. Please see the attachments for schedule information and the application form. Please be sure to write "AIA Japan Member/Affiliate" by your name when you send in the application form.
